Location and directions will be sent to you prior to the start of your camp session. All maps and directions are posted on our camp website: www.WarhawkSoccerSchool.com. Check in will be held from 7:30AM to 8:30AM on the first day of your camp with a full schedule to follow. Additional information for residential campers will be available online.
Check out for all residential campers will take place in the dormitories following the closing ceremonies at 11:00AM. Day campers will check out from the field.
Shuttle service to and from the Monroe airport is available. The service includes pickup at the baggage claim upon arrival and drop off outside the terminal at departure. Interested campers need to check the appropriate box on the application or contact the camp office as soon as possible. Times of arrival and departure are needed to confirm the shuttle reservation. The fee is due immediately upon confirmation.
Key/Access Card Deposit
There will be a $20 (cash) deposit due at registration. This will be given back at the end of camp upon return of key and card only. Please DO NOT send the key deposit in advance. For lost cards or keys, the deposit will be withheld—NO exceptions.
The primary purpose of our camp is to help make you a better soccer player. Our camp is designed to improve the skill level and tactical understanding of all players. Training and game sessions will be intense and competitive to challenge every level of the player’s ability. During the evening full-sided matches, we encourage you to exhibit the skills you have learned during the daily sessions. Our staff is highly qualified and motivated to help our camp and the individual participants reach our objectives. We are enthusiastic about making your camp experience rewarding and enjoyable. A written evaluation will be provided for each camper at the completion of camp.

Commuters (Day Campers)
Commuter fees include instruction, lunch, and dinner. Commuter campers will check in on the first day of camp at the same time and location as residential campers.
Facilities and Accommodations
Residential campers will be housed two per room in the ULM Dormitories. As your child’s safety is our priority, campers are under constant supervision of counselors and dormitory personnel. Roommate preferences will be accommodated when possible, but is not guaranteed and a request must be made in advance. If no roommate is requested, assignments will be made according to age.
A deposit of $150 (Residential Camp) is subtracted from the total fee, but is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. No refunds will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal once the camp has begun.
Camp Ball and T-Shirt
All campers must have a soccer ball when they attend camp. You may bring your own ball or purchase an official ULM Soccer Ball. At $30, this is an outstanding offer. The ball can be picked up at registration. A Warhawk Soccer School t-shirt is included in camp tuition.
